H Pilates Haus was founded with the belief that movement is both an art and a discipline. With over five years of experience teaching mat and reformer Pilates, I created this studio as a space where intentional movement, refined strength, and mindful precision come together.
Rooted in classical Pilates principles and informed by a modern approach, each class is thoughtfully designed to support alignment, control, and long-term strength. Sessions emphasize quality over quantity with focused, purposeful movement that challenges the body while honoring its individual needs.
The name H Pilates Haus holds personal meaning. The “H” represents my two sons, Hendrix and Harlow, whose presence and inspiration are at the heart of this space. Their names serve as a reminder that strength, care, and intention extend beyond the studio and into everyday life
H Pilates Haus offers a luxury boutique experience in an environment that feels calm, elevated, and personal. Every detail- from the way classes are taught to the space itself - is curated to ensure clients feel supported, empowered, and confident in their practice.
For now, we offer only mat Pilates, but will expand to have a full apparatus studio in the future- we hope you stay and grow along with us!
This is H Pilates Haus - where strength meets stillness.

-PILATES PRACTITIONER

Pilates
Pilates has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life since it was first introduced to me. For over six years, I’ve been dedicated to teaching and continuously refining my approach, deepening both my knowledge and connection to the practice.
H Pilates Haus was created as a reflection of that journey. It is a thoughtfully curated space designed to share my passion with the Pueblo community. Here, movement is more than exercise; it’s a place to feel strong, supported, and celebrated, exactly as you are.
My hope is that you leave each class feeling stronger, more grounded, and deeply connected to yourself because you are always enough.

Pilates
With over 20 years of personal experience in Pilates, I bring both passion and perspective to my practice and instruction. I became certified one year ago, but my journey began when I took my first class two decades ago and instantly fell in love with the method.
My background in classical ballet and various dance styles has deeply influenced my approach, emphasizing precision, control, and body awareness. After years as a runner and experiencing knee damage, I found Pilates to be the ideal low-impact solution—offering a powerful balance of strength, flexibility, mobility, and control without unnecessary strain on the body.
As an instructor, I am committed to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build a deeper connection with their bodies in a safe and sustainable way.
Outside of the studio, I am a small business owner and an active member of the Pueblo community, serving on several nonprofit boards. I am also a wife to my husband, Brandon, and a proud mother to our two children, Kierin and Phoenix.
How often should I do Pilates?
As Joseph Pilates said, "in 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 you'll see it, and in 30 you'll have a new body", referring to consistent, dedicated practice (often 3-4 times/week) with attention to alignment, breath, and control, leading to better strength, posture, and overall well-being, with the initial results being improved core strength and mental clarity.
What is the difference between mat and reformer Pilates?
Mat Pilates uses body weight for resistance (as well as weights, props, and bands), while Reformer Pilates uses a machine called a reformer to provide both assistance and resistance.
What is the cancellation policy?
You must cancel 8 hours before your class to avoid a full charge. If you cancel before 8 hours, you will be credited either back to your card that you purchased with or a credit will return back to your package.
Can anyone do Pilates?
YES! As long as you have medical clearance from a doctor if you have sustained an injury, are pregnant, or postpartum.
